I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is superb, surrounded by great shopping and food outlets, and the rooms are modern and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were a bit lackluster, with room for improvement in the variety of dishes offered.

The rooms were modern and very clean with a fantastic sea view, allowing me to see the majestic Gunung Jerai Kedah in the far distance. The private check-in area on the 15th floor was a nice touch, and the private lounge with bottomless alcohol drinks was a great amenity. I want to give a special shoutout to Jason and Maverick for going above and beyond to assist me.
